We are looking for a full-time customer service manager

Requirements:

Higher education, preferably English Philology or Applied Linguistics

Upper Intermediate level of English

excellent customer service skills

possibility to pursue a career as an English teacher

Main responsibilities:

interviewing prospective students and arranging placement tests for them

arranging students into groups

carrying out administrative duties
